The carburetor might be clogged. It won't start using the ignigtion key. Do you have fuel in the tank?

Took the blade off and corrected the issue now it won's start. After being parked for two weeks my mower won't start. If the fuse is fine i suspect there may be a problem with one of the safety switches or with the solenoid.
