Restart the app and log back in. They detected a signal that it was sending out so that means something is wrong on the car side and the remote appears to be functioning fine. The only issue i've had is because i live on the fringe of att coverage.
Subaru remote start system will not start. Just got my '18 crosstrek limited with keyless entry/pushbutton start. Newer remote starters rarely need resetting, but they run through juice like minute maid in the mojave.
